Owners are phenomenal- personable, with a wealth of knowledge about the village & the “must-see” areas. Dog friendly site, and an unmatched pet policy. Spotless rooms and a location close to the village center.. what more could we ask for? Disappointed that we only stayed one night, but we will absolutely be back (and in the meantime, will be recommending Green Haven Resort to all of our family and friends!).

I have stayed at many different small family- run hotels and this one is top notch. Look no further for your Lake George motel. It’s a gem.

I stayed here with my husband and daughter for two nights. The rooms are rustic, clean, and comfortable. We cooked food on the community gas BBQ, played basketball, and swam in the amazingly cool and clear pool.

We loved our stay in Cabin 8. It was clean & quiet; close enough to the village of Lake George without the noise. Check in was easy but most importantly SAFE. The owners are doing a great job with the Covid mandates. We felt reassured and safe. The grounds were perfect for our dog and the pool was so refreshing. Everyone we met was laid back and dog friendly- our kind of people! The grills and picnic are so convenient, it made dinner a breeze!
